Text Box: RULES AND REGULATIONS The speed limit in the park is 15 mph. No pets of any kind are permitted in the park (this includes pets of guests). Only one passenger vehicle may be parked on a lot. No self-contained vehicles, (ie: camper, trailer, bus, van, etc.), may be parked along side the existing unit or park model occupying the trailer space. Other passenger vehicles and/or car dollies must be stored in authorized storage areas made available by the Association, or stored off the park premises. No overnight parking on streets at any time. Parking areas around clubhouse and areas designated as guest parking are provided for use of guests and may not be used as permanent parking. Parking areas at the laundry buildings are for use of persons using the laundry facilities or the adjacent swimming pools and must not be used for guest or resident parking. The Association has space for R.V. and other vehicle storage on a fee basis. Owners and/or tenants must make arrangements with the Association for use of this extra storage/parking area. No owner shall park, store or keep any large commercial type vehicle including without limitation, dump truck, cement mixer truck, oil or gas truck, or any other vehicle that appears to be oversized and commercial in nature. Medium duty trucks manufactured as 5th wheel RV tow vehicles that are not used as a commercial vehicle may be parked ONLY in the parking space where the 5th wheel is parked, or in the RV storage lot. Vehicles parked illegally or not in accordance with Park rules may be towed at owners expense. Occupancy of each lot is limited to two adult residents only. Guests shall be limited to stays of no more than a total of thirty days in any one calendar year. Guests are subject to Desert Aire Rules and Regulations. Guests under the age of 18 are permitted to use the satellite pools with adult supervision but are not permitted to use the Clubhouse facilities with the following exceptions: Children may attend Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter dinners, coffee and donuts, and pancake breakfasts. Arrangements may be made with the Activities Committee for the use of the Party Room for private gatherings including children. No smoking is permitted in any part of the Clubhouse or satellite buildings (laundry) at any time. No food or drinks are permitted in any of the carpeted rooms, except the party room and on special occasions approved by the Activities Committee. Shirts and shoes and appropriate attire must be worn in any of the Clubhouse craft or recreation rooms. No swimming suits are allowed. Persons using any of the pools are required to shower first. No floats, toys or glass containers are allowed in the immediate area of the pools. Off-road vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds, etc. may not be driven in the park except for entering and leaving. (Exceptions permitted by Park Management only). See Page 2


Wheeled athletic or sports equipment, except bicycles, wheel chairs and walkers may not be used in the Park.  This includes but is not limited to roller blades, roller skates and skateboards, or similar equipment.
